Receptionist Cum Office Admin

Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Receptionist cum Office Assistant your duties will involve;
 Greeting people entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
 Operate telephone switchboard in a courteous and professional manner to answer, screen, or forward calls, receive and deliver the messages in writing, verbally or electronically and organize /receive courier deliveries.
 Talk to the customers politely on the phone or when they walk in.
 Provide general information about the establishment on call. Making the walk- in's fill the enquiry forms.
 Maintain and update appointment calendars.
 Process and prepare memos, correspondence, or other documents as per requirement. Filing important documents, maintaining files, etc..
 Maintain business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs.
 Protect company rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.

Requirements:

Qualification: Should be a graduate.

Marketing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Making and executing Marketing Plan.
 Effective coverage of Colleges. Finalising the Seminar & Demo Class date in liaison with HOD / Principal of the college.
 Should have a good hold on the local market.
 Developing & Maintaining good relations with key people in colleges.
 Suggest required Marketing Collaterals to the Reporting Manager.
 Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
 Making Market Analysis & Competitor Mapping and report the same to Reporting Manager.
 Maximise profits through developing sales strategies.
 Organising events and workshops.
 Managing campaigns on Social Media.
 Timely required reports submission to Reporting Manager.

Interior Design Faculty

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Experienced with good teaching skill preferred.
 Knowledge in Interior Design, Interior Decoration, AutoCAD, CAD, 3DSmax, Sketch Up, Revit.
 Qualified applicants must be adept across subject matter such as interior design fundamentals; historic and contemporary concepts; environmental factors; rendering and presentation; office, residence, and commercial spaces; lighting, landscaping etc.
 We expect you to be creative with hands-on approach to design having worked in the industry for at least 3-5 years on diverse interior design projects, small & big.
 Establish and maintain good relationships with the college staff, students and their parents.
 Participate and coordinate research activities
